GSIRF stands for Gujarat State Institutional Rating Framework. It is a state-level system used to assess and rate colleges and universities in Gujarat. It is an initiative of the Knowledge Consortium of Gujarat (KCG), Government of Gujarat, developed in partnership with ICARE (Indian Centre for Academic Rankings & Excellence).
