The academic year 2018-19 witnessed many achievements and participation of students in various kinds of competitions; Debate, Elocution, Extempore, Presentation, Quiz, Essay Writing, Book Review and many such events. College motivated the students to perform in various activities with zeal and enthusiasm. Students participated in more than fifty events.
Inter College Competitions Organized By the College:
| In the event BLOSSOM 2019, College organised Elocution, Book Review and Film Review Competition as a part of Debate and Elocution Activities.
Blossom 2019 commenced with the inaugural function in the distinguished presence of Chief Guest Shri Rupin Pachchigar, Guest of Honour, Director Physical Education and Youth Welfare, Dr. David Paul, Chairman of Sarvajanik Education Society, Shri C S Jariwala and Chairman of L A C Shri Bharatbhai Shah. Event was inaugurated by lighting of lamp followed by prayer. Principal Dr. V.D. Naik welcomed the distinguished guests and the participants. Dr. Heena Oza and Dr. Aaishwarya Kulkarni briefed about the event. Shri Rupin Pachhigar addressed the gathering with excellent oratory skills. Dr. David Paul, Shri C S Jariwala and Shri Bharatbhai Shah shared their experiences and encouraged the participants. Vote of thanks was given by Dr. Heena Oza. Hari Om Aashram Prerit Bhulabhai Smarak Elocution Competition College organised Inter College Hari Om Ashram Prerit Bhulabhai Smarak Elocution Competition on 17th Jan, 2019 as part of Youth Festival, VNSGU on the topic of; ‘Higher Education in India: Opportunities and Challenges’. Dr. Bindu Bhaskaran (Faculty in English) and Ms. Sapna Desai (Faculty in English) and Shri Naresh Kapadia (Coordinator at SCOPA) were the honourable judges for the competition. |
