Education Dept., Government of Gujarat has started Finishing School in the year of 2017 under Knowledge Consortium of Gujarat(KCG).Finishing School has 4 components each of 20 hours; Component 1 & 2 (Employability and Life Skill) and Component 3 & 4 (Functional English and Communication) It is an Employability Enhancement Initiative of the Education Department, Government of Gujarat for imparting training on Skill development for students of Higher and Technical Education to make them Industry-ready.
\nOur college got the opportunity to groom our students in\u00a0 employability skills\u00a0\u00a0 under this sponsored programme of \u2018Finishing School\u2019 supported by KCG, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.<\/p>\n

Programme and Syllabus<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Knowledge Consortium of Gujarat initialised the program \u00a0Finishing School with a view to develop interpersonal skills of the students and their proficiency in English and communication skills. In order to teach them interview skills, public speaking, soft skills, use of right words at right place, resume writing, group discussion and so on, the program is divided into four different components as follows :<\/p>\n
